As experts in the realization of prototypes and thanks to our know-how, we can guarantee our customers minimum investments for real tests of what a finished or semi-finished product will look like in a very limited period of time between 1 and 12 weeks.

Prototypes
Simulation
Simulation In the development phase of the metal part, through simulation we see if changes must be made to the part to make it feasible or if it needs any geometry changes. We also study the compensations that must be made to correct any springback that may happen.
Engineering
The tooling is developed according to the materials of the part to be made and the life of the prototype and the number of parts to be manufactured.
The aim is to reduce as much as possible the cost of our customers investment the means of manufacturing limited series.
Manufacture of Tools
They are made in a subsidiary of the company located a few meters away from EMD. They have a variety of resources for the integrated manufacture of tools: 13 milling machines up to 6m x 2.5m, lathes, machining centers, etc.
EMD’s EMD has direct access to the company’s facilities for close monitoring of the work to ensure that the agreed deadlines are met.
Quick Response Manufactoring
We are aware that prototypes require very limited lead times. That is why we have a flat structure where both managerial and technical decisions are made very quickly.
Depending on the size and complexity of the part, our response time ranges from 3 days for simple parts to 12 weeks for more complex parts, working 24 hours a day if the job requires it.
