EMD is specialized in short or limited series stamping, treating each piece as if it were unique, unlike other stamping companies. We avoid making production processes more expensive by eliminating those items that cannot be amortised in a limited number of pieces.

These are usually those that during the life of the product are not going to be made more than 60,000-80,000 pieces.
We carry out a study of the amortization of the cutting dies to determine whether it is more profitable to manufacture them or to laser cut them.
If laser cutting is required, it will be considered a semi-automatic process as we are obliged to verify that the cuts are made with the appropriate tolerances in each production batch and thus avoid cost overruns due to rejects .
Spare parts
We treat them as short series because they are matrices that have already been working for a long period of time.
They require a good set-up for their last years of life with a minimum investment, for which we have a highly qualified team with more than 15 years of experience. They also require storage space, a good manufacturing ERP, and that it does not generate significant stoppages due to TMZ or transfers, among others.
Welding
For both prototype and serial parts, we can deliver assembled parts with bolts, nuts or other systems.
Painting
We have a pool of suppliers within a short distance so that we can deliver the final part already treated and painted turnkey.
