Our Company
EMD Estampaciones Metálicas DB, SL is a company located in Barcelona whose principal activity is the steel and aluminium short series stamping process. We mainly stamp large dimension parts: 4,5m x 2m, 2.100Tn.
Thanks to our know-how in engineering and die design, we analyze and select the best production processes in order to offer the best quality required at the lowest investment cost. We offer a 5-axis laser cutting to reduce tooling investments. We also collaborate to produce small and medium-sized parts and assemblies in Romania and Mexico. Vision
To become one of the national leaders in the supply of transformed metal prototypes, “after-market” spare parts and customized stamping processes with high added value in the automobile industry (for mobility), in high-end and/or industrial vehicles, especially in chassis parts, supports and reinforcements for these vehicles.
